Under the directive of the “Ato Kilonser” GPRN/NSCN, the secretary Kilo Affairs, Visheto Yeptho has directed all Civil and Military GPRN/NSCN cadres to reach and be confined at Khehoyi designated camp on or before July 26. Yeptho in a press release warned that failure to comply by the directive would invite action as per the GPRN/NSCN Yezhabo.
