Condemning the rape incident, military spokesman, ‘GPRN/NSCN’, Isak Chishi in a press release said the heinous crime was committed by four persons impersonating as Naga Army officer. “It is come to know that the four impersonates were two each from Vihokhu and Khehokhu Village respectively. The GRPN/NSCN Naga Army assures that the culprits will be book and stern punishment will be given as per the law of the land,” the release said.
