GPRN/NSCN, Naga Unification has announced the list of national workers, who recently joined the mainstream from different factions, both from Civil and Military wing, following the “unfortunate and treacherous” incident that happened at Khehoi designated camp on March 22.
In a press release GPRN/NSCN through its MIP informed that the GPRN/NSCN hosted a welcoming programme on the May 26 at its Oking.
According to statements made by the home comers, the Naga political movement led by president Gen. (Retd.) MB Neokpao Konyak, and ato kilonser, Alezo Venuh, continues to be one of the most credible and committed Naga nationalist political platforms, where the leadership has played significant role in formulating the “Agreed Position” with the Government of India (GOI), which was currently awaiting final formalization.
The home comers also expressed their trust and renewed allegiance to the leadership of GPRN/NSCN (Naga Unification) and has endorsed its efforts to work toward an early and amicable resolution based on the principles laid down in the Agreed Position signed between the GOI and the NNPGs.
The list of home comers included 14 members from the political and civil set up, in the designations of five deputy kilonsers, six tatars, two secretaries, and one joint secretaries, along with 23 from the military set up, including six majors, one captain, three lieutenants, four 2nd lieutenants, five sargent majors, two sargents, one corporal, and one lieutenant corporal.
