Green Park adventures team is all set to host “Oktoberfest” 2023, creating memorable experiences for the community. Announcing this in a press conference on Wednesday, at the park, adventures team informed that the fest will host jumble sale, food fiesta and BBQ competition. The event promises a diverse range of activities throughout the entire month of October, making its ultimate destination for entertainment and culinary delights.
The team believed that the fest will be a testament to their commitment to community engagement and providing memorable experiences. It will be a celebration of culture, tastes and joy of coming together and will be a perfect welcoming event for winter.
The jumble sale will commence from October 1, spanning the entire month. During the jumble sale, attendees have the unique opportunity to both purchase and sell second hand goods within the confines of the park.
Good news for food lovers as Food fiesta will be held from October 10 to 15, wherein local vendors will offer a diverse selection of mouthwatering dishes, a culinary journey that food lover won’t want to miss.
Above this, BBQ competition will be held on October 15, for which slots are still open for interested participants. The participants will have to bring their own grilling equipment and be part of the competition.
Overall prize for the BBQ competition will be Rs. 25, 000.
The team also highlighted the various events that the team have organized and the upcoming activities such as Resident Art Fair, for which the team will be collaborating with TaFMA in the month of November, which will be a celebration of local artistry and creativity, showcasing their talent and for art enthusiasts to immerse themselves in a world of artistic expression.
