Handicraft exhibition underway in Dimapur

A handicraft exhibition organised by the Nagaland Handloom & Handicrafts Development Corporation (NHHDC Ltd.) and sponsored by office of the Development Commissioner (Handicrafts) ministry of Textiles, New Delhi was inaugurated by NHHDC managing director, Zakabo V Rotohka on Monday, in Dimapur.
In a press release, NHHDC informed that the main objective of the exhibition was to develop and promote marketing channels in domestic and export markets and bring linkages between the two in a holistic and integrated manner while also providing marketing opportunities to artisans.
Altogether, a total of 50 participants from Assam, Manipur, Arunachal Pradesh and various districts of Nagaland are participating in the exhibition.
The exhibition will culminate on September 11.
