The Chief Medical Officer’s (CMO) Office, Phek organized a comprehensive training on the Revised Format of Health Management Information System (HMIS) on October 13. The session was held at the CMO Conference Hall, targeting health care professionals under the Phek Sadar Block.
The training’s primary objective was to enhance the quality of reporting within the system. The participants received hands-on training and reviews of existing reports under the guidance of , DPM NHM, Sedeu Rupreo, and BPM Phek Sada, Chibenthung Kithan,.
Key performance indicators and components like Reproductive and Child Health (RCH), Deliveries, Post Natal Care (PNC), and Anaemia Mukt Bharat are reported monthly on the HMIS portal. Emphasis was placed on the validation of all reports before their submission to the respective blocks and districts.
Attendees included representatives from vertical programmes, District Community Mobilizer (DCM), Block Accounts Consultant (BAC), AYUSH Medical Officers (MOS), Community Health Officers (CHOs), General Nursing Midwives (GNM), and Auxiliary Nurse Midwives (ANMs) from various health centers including District Hospital, Primary Health Centers (PHC), Health and Wellness Centers (HWCs), and Sub-centers (SC).
