HC directs NHM to file affidavit on measures initiated to spread awareness about RKSK

The Kohima Bench of Gauhati High Court has directed the mission director of National Health Mission (NHM), Nagaland to file an affidavit on the measures initiated to spread awareness about the Rashtriya Kishor Swasthya Karyakram (RKSK), which was a scheme initiated by the Central government under the NHM.


A two-bench judge of Justice Kakheto Sema and Justice Mridul Kumar Kalita in their order on Wednesday also asked petitioner Besupralu Swuro, resident of Chozuba, Phek to come up with necessary instructions on the submission made by the NHM that there were no takers of sanitary napkins in Kiphire District.
They also ordered listing the matter after three weeks.
