The world has changed in the last 20 years. This progress has given us a lot of happiness. Various kinds of means are a part of our life. But we have made this gift of God (body) sick. Today, there is one or more patients in every house who is constantly taking medicines. Due to this, our ability to do physical work has also decreased.
Due to this, we are also facing financial burden. The cause of many diseases is our lifestyle and food. Today we will mention the ill effects of plastic and silver (aluminum). When the British came to India, they took a lot with them and brought some with them. They also had aluminum or silver utensils.
Which they used for Indian prisoners. This was a kind of sweet poison which slowly formed in the body and caused many diseases. But they were used because they were cheap, durable, light weight and more durable.
They had nothing to do with our health. This metal, which we also know as silver, reacts with acidic food and slowly dissolves in our body and causes many diseases. Silver reacts with acidic food like tomatoes, vinegar, jam, lemon and curd etc. and dissolves in food.
This substance accumulates in our body with long-term use. Its reaction with alkaline food like milk, green vegetables, pulses, many fruits and nuts etc. is also dangerous. It slowly accumulates in our body.
Along with this, there are brain or neurological diseases like Alzheimer’s and other nervous system diseases. It destroys the nutritional elements of food (). Patients with kidney diseases should not use it at all. It also spoils the taste and color of food. For this, safe utensils like iron, cast iron, ceramic glass, copper and brass utensils can be used
Bad effects of plastic…? It comes in many types or options. Like synthetic semi-synthetic etc. Due to its flexibility, it is used in many works. Due to its other qualities like durability, flexibility and cheapness, it is used globally.
From 1950 to 2017, 9.2 billion metric tons of plastic were produced, half of it was produced from 2004 to 2023, meaning that it has been used on a very large scale for the last two decades.
Its benefits Along with this, it has a big share in environmental pollution, which has only seen bad effects on it.
It is having a bad effect on our forests, water, soil and weather. Due to this, it is also becoming a cause of dangerous diseases for our body.
Based on the research being done on it, experts are alerting us about the following effects. It is causing diseases like cancer, reproductive system, nervous system problems, endocrine related, respiratory or asthma diseases, heart diseases, women related diseases, breast and prostate cancer etc.
Its bad effects are coming to the fore due to toys and food in children. According to Dr. Pargat Singh Bhurji of Canada, due to one PET bottle, about a thousand micro plastic particles enter us. We should also change our toothbrush within a month. Old buses also cause micro plastic to enter.
He said that in the postmortem report of a patient, five grams of plastic (about a teaspoon of microplastic) was found in his brain.
Microplastics were also found in other organs. These are surprising facts. A professor Dharmendra, who is a UPSC coach, said that microplastics were found in the ovary of a patient.
Some plastics dissolve in old or heated food or water and cause hormonal disturbances, infertility, cancer, etc.
Non-biodegradable plastic remains on the ground and in water for hundreds of years. It proves to be deadly for rivers, sea fish and animals. Even by putting plastic in hot food, toxic particles dissolve in the food.
We should not use plastic that is not written as food safe at all. If we have to use it, then we should use BPA free plastic. The use of plastic for food and drink should be minimized. We should use glass, iron, steel, copper etc. for our toys, tiffins, bottles, if possible, otherwise BP free plastic should be used.
From all the above results, we can conclude that There is a need to be very conscious about your health.
Nowadays, everyone is taking some kind of medicine. If not for some disease, then Vitamins are definitely being consumed.
The reason for this is the use of plastic, silver, etc. in food. Therefore, we should take full care of a balanced diet, exercise, and peace of mind so that we can get maximum benefit from this invaluable body by keeping it healthy.
