‘Healthy lifestyle camp’ to be held on January 13

District Health Society Peren would be conducting “Healthy Lifestyle Camp” under the National Programme for Prevention and Control of Cancer, Diabetes, Cardiovascular Disease and Stroke (NPCDCS) on January 13, 9 a.m. at CHC Jalukie, Peren district.  It has been informed that free screening for diabetes, cardio vascular, body mass index, test for blood sugar, blood pressure, counseling services on healthy lifestyle and referral services would be provided.  Apart from free health checkups, distribution of free medicines, sensitization of public in the form of one to one and Focus Group Discussions by the IEC Personnel will be conducted.  All the general public has been informed to avail the various health services at the camp.
