Drugs control administration, Health & Family Welfare (H&FW) department has notified that any government employees engaged in running retail pharmacy/wholesale or trade on the strength of a drugs license, directly or indirectly without prior approval/sanction of the government would be deemed to have violated the Rule-15(1) of Nagaland Government Servants Conduct Rules, 1968.
In a notice, Controlling & Licensing Authority (C&LA) Tiatoshi Amer reminded that the state government through office memorandum restricted government employees from engaging in any business or trade or undertake employment whether directly or indirectly without prior sanction from the Government.
