HIV and AIDS campaign in Kiphire

District AIDS Prevention and control unit Kiphire in collaboration with Longya Ward Youth Organization (LWYO) and 7th Assam rifles along with Nehru Yuva Kendra (NYKs) volunteers Kiphire conducted a campaign on HIV and AIDS on February 27 at Kiphire. At the campaign, District Program Officer (DPO) Kiphire , Tsiatsuvi spoke an importance of HIV and AIDS & ABC in order to bring down the new infection or needle drug injected person.

Deputy Commandant 7th AR, Kiphire, Bijimon emphasized on the importance of body fitness by keeping away from bad company.

Captain Swami Sharan Singh 7th AR Kiphire briefed the youth on HIV and AIDS and also talked about how to prevent the child from infected mother. The program was chaired by president Longya Ward Youth Organization (LWYO), Chamkise T Sangtam and chairman Longya
