Hovükhü village under Niuland district will be celebrating the Hovükhü Village Baptist Church and Hovükhü Village foundation golden jubilee on December 31 with the theme “Pano ningu sasü ighi” (He brought us thus far).
A press release by jubilee planning board informed that Executive Secretary, Western Sümi Baptist Churches Association (WSBAK), Rev. Dr. Phughoto Sema, will unveil and dedicate the jubilee monolith.
He will also be the theme speaker in the morning session.
Pastor, Hovükhü Village Baptist Church, Rev. Kiyeka Chophi, will be the speaker for the evening session.
While jubilee commemorative magazine will be released by finance secretary, Council of Baptist Churches in North East India (CBCNEI), Vikato Shikhu.
The jubilee planning board has invited all the citizens of Hovükhü village living across Nagaland and the GBs under Niuland Tokukujo Kükami Küqhakulu (NTKK) and pastors and deacons under Niuland Area Church Leaders’ Fellowship (NACLF) to come and be a part of the occasion.
