A meeting of the State Employment Guarantee Council (SEGC) after discussion and thorough deliberation approved the Human Resource Manual (HR manual) for the MGNREGA employees of Nagaland 2022. A press release by Rural Development (RD) department informed that the meeting was held on December 20 at the Conference Hall of RD directorate under the chairmanship of commissioner & secretary RD, Neposo Theluo.
In the meeting, Theluo highlighted the key agendas of the meeting and gave a brief presentation on the implementation of the MGNREGA. The presentation was followed by the annual report of the social audit unit for the Financial Year 2021-22. The meeting was attended by representatives and members from RD, skill development, social audit unit, school education, SIRD and DUDA.
