ICFAI conducts national webinar

ICFAI university Nagaland, department of English conducted a two-day national webinar on the theme “a discourse on the relevance of literary studies in India” on September 3 and 4. 

In a press release, ICFAI university informed that resource persons, professor, department of English, Nagaland University, Nigamananda Das and professor, department of English, NEHU, Shillong, Moon Moon Mazumdar, discussed the importance and relevance of literary studies in world that was becoming increasingly skill based and technologically driven. Dr. Kevizonuo Kuolie and Dr. Longchanaro Longkumer, chaired the sessions while vice chancellor, ICFAI university Nagaland, Dr. Arun Kumar Verma, in his maiden speech spoke on importance of academic discourse and highlighted the significance of science and literature.
