IDAN chairman meets Japanese officials

Advisor to chief minister and chairman of Investment & Development Authority of Nagaland, Abu Metha held a consultative meeting with the officials of the Japanese Embassy of India and JICA at Kohima on September 18.


A DIPR report informed that the meeting discussed various matters related to collaborations and partnerships in order to strengthen ties and achieve the collective goals of enhancing livelihoods, conservation of nature and biodiversity, etc.

Metha highlighted that the partnership between the Japanese and Naga people should strengthen bilateral ties, enhance people-to-people contact and positively impact the livelihood of the people.
He hoped for more partnerships in various sectors in the days ahead in the fields of development, livelihood enhancement, conservation, climate change, etc.
