Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) Centre-20 Kohima has informed that the term end examination for December 2017 of IGNOU would commence from December 1 and would conclude on December 23.
In a press release, regional director IGNOU centre-20 Kohima, T. Iralu, has informed that under Kohima regional centre, 2038 students would be appearing exams at 14 exam centres in Mon, Kiphire, Longleng, Wokha, Phek Mokokchung, Zunheboto, Jalukie, Tuensang, Dimapur and Kohima.
It has informed that hall ticket (examination intimation slips) have been issued to 4,97,883 eligible students who had applied for appearing in the term end examination. The hall ticket would be made available on IGNOU website www.ignou.ac.in., informed the release
Students have been asked to download the hall tickets from the university website and appear in the examination.
The regional director has directed the examination centres to allow students to appear in examination, without hall ticket (examination intimation slips), but has informed that their names must exist in the list of examinees for that centre.
It has advised students to be in possession of the valid identity card issued by the university during examination and that mobile phones would not be permitted inside the examination hall.
The release has informed that separate hall tickets would be issued to the students of BCA & MCA for term end practical. Students have been advised to contact the respective regional centres in the last week of December for their practical examinations.
The regional director has informed that for BLISc (Library Science) all theory examination centres are not activated for the conduct of practical examination.
Students have also been advised to contact the centre superintendent and see the notice board for practical examination centre.
