Imchaba Master Memorial Nagaland Open Volleyball Trophy to be held in Oct

The Mokokchung District Volleyball Association (MDVA) has announced that the 18th Imchaba Master Memorial Nagaland Open Volleyball Trophy will be held from October 21 to 24 at the Multi-Purpose Sports Complex, Mokokchung.
A press release by secretary, planning committee MDVA Dr. Limasenla Jamir and convenor, planning committee, Apongti Jamir stated that this year’s edition will be limited to 16 teams and teams will be registered on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The prize details for the tournament are: champion- Rs 1,00,000, runner-up- Rs 70,000, third place- Rs 30,000 and fourth place- Rs 20,000
Individual Prizes are the tournament are: best spiker – Rs 5,000, best setter – Rs 5,000 and player of the Tournament-Rs 5,000. In addition, a participation grant of Rs 5,000 will be awarded to all participating teams.
