Inauguration of concreteroad at Medziphema

A newly constructed concrete road at Ward No. 2, Medziphema Town, Chümoukedima district, was inaugurated on June 11, 2025.
The project, initiated by Ward Councillor Thangminlen Singsit, was opened by Vithwel Kweho, EAC, Medziphema. The event began with a prayer led by Church elder Doulen Lenthang. The inauguration was attended by Abei Thepa, chairman of Medziphema Town Council, councillors from various wards, and local residents.
A short programme was held at Dingleng Hall, where brief speeches were delivered by Vithwel Kweho, GB of Ward No. 2, and others.
Thangminlen Singsit delivered the vote of thanks, and the meeting was chaired by Lengsat Doungel.
According to Thangminlen Singsit, Councillor, Ward No. 2 Medziphema Town, the successful completion of the road was made possible through the valuable support and timely assistance of Zhaleo Rio, advisor of Urban Development and Municipal Affairs.
