Additional Commissioner of Income Tax, Dimapur in collaboration with Blood Centre District Hospital Dimapur conducted a blood donation camp under the theme “wear your heart on your sleeve, give blood, give blood save life”, at Aayakar Bhawan, Purna Bazar on February 21.
According to secretary, Tax Bar Association, advocate Mahabir Jain, the blood donation camp was organised by income tax department throughout the country on February 21, with the theme to “give blood save life.”
At the camp, 15 unit of blood were donated. The function was attended by income tax officer Imlinukshe Imsong, ITO, Temsuinla, Tax Bar Association secretary and members advocate, Mahabir Jain, R. Khadaria, Kamalakant Paul, CA Rahul Jain, president and secretary Lions Club, along with all the members and field pay unit officer Mukunda Prasad Das. All the blood donors were awarded with a certificate alongwith Blood Donor Batch by blood centre district, hospital Dimapur.
