In a tragic accident, one person (local male) succumbed to his injuries, when the vehicle he was driving met with an accident on the NH 2 near Thenhyayan Village, Wokha district on Monday afternoon.
According to reports, the incident took place when the deceased was travelling with his wife. The wife, however, escaped unhurt.
No further details were known till the time of filing the report.
