144 Cr.PC lifted in Dhansiripar sub-div

Commissioner of police (CP) Dimapur Kevithuto Sophie has revoked the Prohibitory Order in Dhansiripar sub-division with effect from March 4, 2023 with the improvement of law and order in sub-division and the situation returning to normalcy.
The prohibitory order was promulgated on February 24, 2023 to prevent breach of law & order, preserve peace and ensure free and fair conduct of election process in Dhansiripar sub-division.
