Morung Express gets new Editor

Morung Express on Monday announced that the Dr. Moalemba (Moa Jamir) has been selected as the new editor of the newspaper, replacing Dr. Akum Longchari with effect from November 1, 2017.
This was announced by the selection committee comprising of Rev. Dr. Ellen Konyak Jamir, Asula Imlong, R. Sharma/Moa Ross, G. Vashum/Nepuni Piku and Along Longkumer.
Dr. Moalemba has been working at The Morung Express since August, 2014. He received a PhD from the Centre for European Studies, School of International Studies, JNU, New Delhi.
Meanwhile, the committee has thanked the outgoing Editor, Dr. Akum Longchari for his overall leadership and commitment to the principles enshrined in The Morung Express vision statement.
