NILI Motors launched the new variant Tata Safari, Harrier and Nexon car, inaugurated by Advisor for Tribal affairs & election H. Tovihoto Ayemi and Tata Zonal manager (TMPVL), Kolkata Amit Sinha at Purana bazaar, Dimapur here on Thursday.
The two updated SUVs Safari and Harrier include new features, such as external changes including new grille design, redesigned modern – looking split headlamps and LED DRLs spanning across the width, the rear-end gets full-width led tail lights, new bumper as well as new skid plate and equipped with new alloy wheels with sizes going up to 19 inches on safari and 18 inches on Harrier.
Inside the cabin, the new Harrier and Safari are equipped with a new four-spoke steering wheel with an illuminated logo, a bigger 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 10.25-inch digital driver’s display, touch-operated climate control panel, an ambient lighting strip running across the width of the dashboard.
Safari facelift gets four core trims including Smart, Pure, Adventure, accomplished with prices starting at Rs. 18. 31 lakhs for the base-spec Smart MT variant and going upto Rs. 30.36 lakhs for the Accomplished + 6S dark AT variant. (On road)
The New Tata Harrier and Safari have also scored a 5-star rating by Global NCAP. Both SUVs received 33.05 points for adult occupant safety and 45 points for child occupant protection.
While the pre-facelift Nexon was already well-equipped, the new Nexon is arguably the most feature-packed sub-4m SUV in India. As compared to the outgoing model, the 2023 Nexon facelift now four additional airbags (total six), equipped with a fully digital instrument cluster, two-spoke multifunction steering wheel with a backlit logo, touch unit for the AC controls, and wireless charging.
Customers can pay booking tokens on any of the cars with Rs. 50,000 for manual transmission and Rs. 1 lakh for automatic transmission.
