Lima Onen Chang MLA on Monday inaugurated the road connecting Yali Noksen Village sponsored under Special Assistance to State for Capital Investment (SASCI).
A DIPR report informed that Chang in his remark appreciated the chief minister Neiphiu Rio for assisting Noksen constituency in general and Yali and Noksen villages in particular for enabling road construction through SASCI project.
He said linking villages through road will not only meet the needs of the basic amenities but will also forge stronger connections with neighbouring villages and concluded by encouraging the gathering to unite and look forward to prosperity. Shokomong chairman, Yali Village Council and Sandong Chang, President Yali Mutlie Thangjam, Tuensang also delivered short speeches.
