Union Minister of Road Transport & Highways Nitin Gadkari on Monday said that the Centre was undertaking a significant infrastructure development project in Nagaland—construction of a 14.71km four-lane highway from Dimapur to Kohima (Package-II). In a series of tweets, Gadkari said that the total cost of the project was estimated at Rs.339.55 crore. He said that the primary objective of the project was to improve the connectivity thereby enabling faster movement of people and goods for growth and prosperity.
