AGHSS organises annual fest

Assembly of God Higher Secondary School (AGHSS) held its annual fest on November 14 and 15 to commemorate the birthday of founder Late Rev. Dr T N Lotha. AGHSS initiated the School Fest in the year 2017. The two-day fest is held on November 14 and 15 every year.
A press release by media cell of the school, Arjun stated that the Fest began with the celebration of the Children’s Day followed by a Fun Fair and the Jam Session.
The artists at the Jam Session, consist ed of international/national artists, local artists and students of AGHSS, namely Abel Toluvi Asumi, Moko Koza, Temjen Lkr and Vincent aka African Amakishiu.
In the years before, the Fest had been graced by eminent guests like Dr Nicky Kire and Ashe Keyho (Commissioner GST), and artists that performed at the jam session were Alobo Naga, Tali Angh, Zuchobeni Tungoe, Saurabhi, Rokovituo, Seyivenuo and Joyphen.
In parallel with the vision of the founder, the school has launched this program to also promote AGHSS students to help prompt their talents. In 2019, the school coined the fest ‘KALEIDOSCOPE’ and this year to embrace and adapt to a post-pandemic existence, the theme of the fest is ‘Order in Chaos’
