ANEFWA extends support to PDJESA representation

All Nagaland Electricity Field Workers Association (ANEFWA) has extended support to the Power Department Junior Engineers’ Service Association (PDJESA) representation dated February 18, 2022, with regard to the service stagnation of junior engineers.
In a letter addressed to the principal secretary to the government of Nagaland, DoPN, ANEFWA president Vethinu Kezo and general secretary Vimesa Kera stated the cause of PDJESA was “genuine” and lamented that there was “very little scope for advancement” in the service of PDJESA members.
The association stated that the situation PDJESA was in, presented “a grim picture of stagnancy and very little scope of advancement” in their services, which it said, was “in contradiction of the principle of service jurisprudence.”
In this regard, All Nagaland Electricity Field Workers Association has asked the principal secretary to the government of Nagaland, DoPN to apply wisdom while considering the PDJESA representation.
