Awareness on career prospects in RBI

Pranabananda Women’s College (PWC), Dimapur conducted an awareness campaign on career prospects in collaboration with Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
RBI assistant manager, Guwahati office Gautam Dawo highlighted the procedure to apply for various posts in RBI.
He also updated the students with necessary information about the existence and functions of RBI breaking the common belief that, RBI only prints currency notes.
Resource person Rakteem Chatterjee also spoke and interacted with the students related to crypto currency, languages on currency note and demonetization.
The programme followed by open quiz and Q & A session.
Earlier, Asst. Prof, Dept. of English chaired the programme, convenor of career, guidance and placement cell, Sanjukta Bhattacharjee welcomed the gatherings, vote of thanks by Seiboy Khongsai, Asst. Prof, Dr. Santosh Kumar, Dept. of Sociology and principal Dr.Santosh Kumar felicitated the speakers.
