ATMA Mokokchung, Chuchuyimlang Block, organized a comprehensive training and demonstration programme on August 24 and 25 at Chuchuyimlang village. In a press release, on the first day, Block Technology Manager Aolemla Kichu, Chuchuyimlang Block, conducted a training session on “Awareness of cole crops physiological disorder and its control.”
The resource person provided valuable insights into growing vegetables, with a focus on cole crops.
Various physiological disorders that affect cole crops were discussed along with preventive measures. The training was attended by 26 farmers.
Assistant Technology Manager, Chuchuyimlang Block Tangit Longkumer, demonstrated proper cultivation practices for French beans. On the second day, Assistant Technology Manager Abenla B Jamir, Chuchuyimlang Block, led a demonstration on “Cultivation Practices of Knol Khol.” In collaboration with FOCUS DMU Mokokchung, the ATMA Chuchuyimlang Block organized a training session on “Application of Bio Fertilizers.”
