SAYS MODI GOVT ACCEPTED NPGS PROPOSAL EXCEPT FLAG AND CONSTITUTION
Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Nagaland State on Friday launched its state-wide campaign of new “membership drive” under the theme, “Modi for peace and development”.
In a press release, BJP Nagaland State Media Cell informed that the membership drive would be based on “Digital Platform” where interested persons may enrol by giving a “Missed Call” to 829-829-6060, and a digital format would be generated for completion of new membership. The drive would culminate on December 31, 2022.
BJP Nagaland said the drive was initiated, keeping in mind the “tremendous positive response” received from the populace pertaining to the “successful implementation” of various flagship programs and welfare schemes launched by the Prime Minister, Narendra Modi.
On Naga political issue, BJP Nagaland asserted that Modi government was serious and sincere towards the Naga political issue since the year 2015, with the signing of the “Framework Agreement” and the subsequent “Peace Accord” with the 7 NNPGs and others.
BJP Nagaland said government of India has also “accepted to all the proposals submitted by the various Naga political groups, except the issue of separate flag and constitution”.
