BJP Noklak, Peren commemorate Modi 2.0

Commemorating eight years of Modi 2.0 and to facilitate the successful flagship programmes and schemes launched and implemented under Modi government, BJP Noklak district undertook a cleanliness drive at Primary Health Centres (PHCs), Community Health Centres (CHCs), cemeteries, worship centre and also carried out a tree plantation drive.
Informing this in a press conference, advisor prison and printing and stationery, H. Haying said the cleanliness drive was initiated as part of Seva (Service).
He added that visiting orphanage homes and old age homes were also in pipeline on alternate days across the state.
Haying highlighted various schemes and activities initiated in Noklak district and informed that party workers would reach out to beneficiaries of those holding PM’s health card, ration card, Kisan card, beneficiaries of free cylinders, housing for all etc to create more awareness to the masses.
He said the 15-day celebration of eight years under Modi government will wind up with a tribal mela in Kohima which will be organised by ST Morcha Nagaland on June 15.
Haying informed that the activities were initiated to create more public awareness keeping in mind the spirit of service to humanity, good governance and upliftment of the poor.
Peren: BJP Peren district held a press conference on the theme “Seva, Sushasan aur Gareeb Kalyan” in commemoration of eight years of Modi government, at BJP district office, Jalukie Town on June 6.
In a press release, BJP Peren district informed that while speaking at the press conference, district president Huzantadbo Meriam briefed on various central schemes.
Meriam said some of the most implemented schemes by the party workers included PM Ujjwala Yojana, Ayushman Bharat Yojana, PM Kisan, PMAY-HFA, PMGKAY, Poshan Abhiyan, COVID-19 relief, Swatch Bharat Abhiyan and other flagship programmes.
Earlier, the press conference was chaired by general secretary G.N Adau and ended with concluding remarks from the chair.
The press conference was attended by all the district morchas, mandal president and karyakartas.
