In connection with the examination of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India Report 2018-19 on the performance audit of select district hospitals in Nagaland, the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) of the Assembly would visit Naga Hospital Authority, Kohima and the District Hospital Dimapur on July 21, 2023 and undertake “on-the-spot verification”.
According to the assembly secretariat, the visit would be led by committee chairman Mhathung Yanthan, MLA, and six other members accompanied by secretary in-charge and officials of legislature secretariat. All the members have been requested to participate in the verification. The committee has also directed the concerned department representatives to be present at the selected district hospitals with relevant information to assist the committee as per the tour programme.
