Cash, IMFL, drugs worth over Rs.28 cr seized till Feb 3

Various central and state enforcement agencies have seized cash, drugs, liquor and other items worth over Rs 28 crores till February 3, 2023.
Informing this in a press note, office of the State Chief Electoral Officer informed that monetary value of the progressive seizure made by the enforcement agencies from the date of announcement of election till February 3 was Rs. 28,96,37,474.
The seized items include– cash Rs. 24,52,5350, IMLF (40925.65 litres) Rs. 30,20,2492, drugs/narcotics (3.06 kgs) Rs. 21,77,17,800, other contraband Rs. 289637474 and freebies/other items Rs. 17191832.
