Dimapur host 1st NE Strongman C’ship

The first edition of Northeast Strongman Championship was held at Orchid Ground, Dimapur, on Saturday, with more than 53 participants from all over North East.
Delivering a brief message, pastor, The Warehouse Church, Jack Pucho, stated that being fit was not a luxury but a requirement, adding that focus should be to keep the body and mind fit.
He stated that eating was not the problem, adding that the real problem was eating continuously and eating wrong food.
He further acknowledged the gathering to limit stress and learn to enjoy the moment and also to learn how to train one’s mind. “One cannot have a positive live thinking of negative things”, the pastor stated.
It can be noted that the first edition of Northeast Strongman Championship was organized by Strongman Northeast India, where all the judges and officials were from Strong Man Championship League, Kolkatta.
The events of the Northeast Strongman Championship included car pulling, food eating and Gym versus Gym tug of war.
