DMC organises capacity building training

As part of the capacity building under Swachh Bharat Mission-Urban 2.0 (SBM-U-2.0), Dimapur Municipal Council (DMC) organised a “Capacity Building Training on segregation of waste, solid waste management rules, E-waste management rules and other existing waste management rules,” on March 31.
In a press release, DMC informed that the training was organised for its sanitation wing comprising of sanitation workers, sardars, sanitation inspectors and officials.
During the training, DMC administrator, W Manpai Phom delivered the keynote address while resource persons from LiFE Living for Environment, an environmental NGO and E-Circle, sensitised the trainees on different topics.
