DoSE cautions schools against online fraudsters

Department of school education (DoSE) has cautioned the heads of all schools, both government and private, not to fall prey to emails from fraudsters.
In a notice, principal director Thavaseelan K stated that an organisation bearing email ID contact@skillkiclass.com was defrauding schools by offering skill development courses at subsidized rates/MSPs in the name of PMO compliances.
PD clarified that neither the Education Ministry nor DoSE issued any such directives.
Schools have been asked to report to PD office if they received such emails and made payment.
