ENSF calls off indefinite stir

A day after the state cabinet agreed in principle to include exempted departments and posts under the purview of Nagaland Staff Selection Board (NSSB), the Eastern Naga Students’ Federation (ENSF) Friday called off its indefinite agitation that began on April 21, 2022 at the Civil Secretariat, Kohima.
ENSF through its media cell stated that decision to call off the agitation was taken after receiving official letter from the state government.
Meanwhile, the federation has acknowledged the state government led by chief minister Neiphiu Rio for considering its “legitimate demand”. ENSF has appealed to the state government to expedite the process in making NSSB operational at the earliest.
