Department of Food & Civil Supplies (F&CS) held its departmental meeting with advisor, F&CS & LMCP Government of Nagaland, K. T. Sukhalu, on May 1 at the Directorate of Food & Civil Supplies, Dimapur.
A press release issued by the department stated that in the meeting, advisor Sukhalu encouraged all the officers of the department to give their best services for the welfare of the public. He also raised concerns on deputing adequate staffs to all the new districts.
Various departmental activities were discussed and issues such as viability of the Fair Price Shops and transportation costs were discussed. The meeting was chaired by commissioner & secretary to the government of Nagaland, F&CS & LMCP, Chubasangla Anar, welcome address was delivered by director F&CS, V. Lovitoly Sema, presentation of departmental activities by deputy director F&CS, Dr. Kapenlo Thong. The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks by joint director F&CS, I. Anungba Sanglir.
