FTII to conduct screenplay writing training


Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) in collaboration with the Department of IPR will be conducting 10 days training on “Screenplay Writing” for ST participants residing in Nagaland from November 14 to 24.
The training will be imparted free of cost as part of the “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav” celebration which will be conducted offline at the Directorate of Information & Public Relations, Kohima. The course director will be professor, Sudipto, who has been working in the Film and Television industry for over 20 years. He is currently a senior faculty, direction department at Whistling Woods International, Mumbai.
Participants should belong to Scheduled Tribe and should be 18 years and above. There will be no course fee. However, participants are required to pay Rs. 500/- at the time of registration. Interested candidates may send their details with their ST certificate to or contact 8861160084.
The last date of submission will be November 12. Certificates will be issued by FTII upon successful completion of the course. No TA and DA will be provided.
