General Observers review election preparedness in Kohima, Wokha

General Observers (GOs) for assembly constituencies under Kohima and Wokha reviewed the preparedness status of the electioneering process in the districts for the smooth conduct of the election
GO for 8 Western Angami A/C, 14 Southern Angami -I A/C and 15 Southern Angami – II A/C, Janak Prasad Pathak arrived Kohima district on February 6.
On his arrival, DC & DEO Kohima, Shanavas C IAS briefed the General Observer on the preparedness status of the election process for the smooth conduct of the forthcoming election to the 14th Nagaland Legislative Assembly Election 2023.
Later, the General Observer visited the o ffice of the Returning Officer & SDO Jakhama where he had a discussion with RO and ERO Jakhama for the smooth conduct of the forthcoming election.
WOKHA: GO for 37th Tiyi A/C and 38th Wokha A/C Abhishek Krishna arrived Wokha district headquarters on February 5.
On his arrival, Deputy Commissioner & District Election Officer Wokha (DC & DEO) Ajit Kumar Ranjan and Superintendent of Police, Aotula T Imchen briefed the General Observer about the preparedness status undertaken for the electioneering process in the district for the smooth conduct of the election.
