Governor greets on Poanglüm festival

Nagaland Governor, Prof. Jadgish Mukhi has extended Ponglüm greetings to the Chang community and the people of Nagaland.
Prof Mukhi said the festival marks the celebration of self-sufficiency and heralds the beginning of cultivation process seeking blessings for a bountiful harvest.
“This beautiful festival aims to pass down the rich culture and beautiful traditions to the younger generation. It advocates unity, friendship and good trade relations,” he said and wished all happiness, good health and prosperity.
