IDANSB appeals state govt to rectify Nov order

Dismayed by the November 2022 order (No. HFW(A)COVID/APPT-13/17/2020), the Indian Dental Association Nagaland State Branch (IDANSB) has urged the government to rectify order.
This, IDANSB said would keep the hopes of younger aspirants alive in a manner that would provide a level playing ground for all the aspirants.
In a statement, IDANSB president Dr Seto D Kera and honorary State secretary Dr Wangshimenba M Ozukum reminded the state government that in a competitive exam like NPSC, giving provision to a certain group of aspirants was uncalled for, a head start in the form of 50 marks with regards to work experience.
It also said awarding 125 marks as bonus to Covid warriors for their services was immoderate and immensely disadvantageous for other applicants that were left behind due to the limited number of recruitments in recent years.
While pointing out the issue, IDANSB said it immensely appreciated and acknowledged the hard work and sacrifices of healthcare professionals during the most challenging medical crisis of the current generation.
