Indian Army renovates volleyball court at Mima village

India Army renovated a broken volleyball court at Mima village, Kohima district under Operation Sadbhavan.
According to PRO defence, a simple function held at the village on January 30 where the renovated court was handed over to the villagers and dedicated to promote the game of volleyball among the youth. During the function, some sports items were also presented to the village. The event was attended by the village council members and more than 100 villagers.
The villagers expressed their gratitude towards Indian Army for taking up such developmental projects in the region. The project, under Operation Sadbhavana, was planned and executed by Zakhama Battalion of Red Shield Division under the aegis of Spear Corps.
