Judo tournament for women in Mokokchung concludes

A state level judo tournament for women organised by Nagaland Judo Association Mokokchung held at the multipurpose sports complex, Mokokchung concluded on Tuesday.
The closing programme was graced by chief manager SBI Mokokchung, Satemmongla, as the guest of honour. Delivering a short speech, the guest of honour said that there no was dearth of talent in the field of games and sports adding that one needs just a bit of push and polished to see the shine. She further lamented that Nagaland is yet to see an Olympic medallist, however she was optimistic that in the future, it will happen which according to her would be a proud moment for the Nagas. The guest of honour later gave away the prizes to the winners.
