Kesko FC champions of DDFA futsal tourney

Dimapur District Football Association (DDFA) two-day Futsal tournament at Kakit Futsal, Urra Villa Colony concluded on October 4, with Kesko FC lifting the title defeating Detroit Tigers.
The final match ended in a draw with both the teams scoring 6-6. However, Kesko FC defeated Detroit Tigers 3-2 via penalties. The chief guest for the closing function was graced by Yanrenthung Ezung, Director College Development Council (CDC) Nagaland University, Lumami. He also sponsored the prize money for the winning team and the runners-up team.
The champion of this tournament will represent Dimapur district at the Nagaland Club Futsal championship to be hosted by Kohima District Football Association (KDFA) and organised in collaboration with Nagaland Football Academy (NFA) from October 7 to 11.
The winner of the Nagaland Club Futsal championship will qualify for the National Futsal Championship 2022 scheduled in the month of November.
