Kohima police issue traffic advisory

In view of the G20 Business Summit, Kohima police have issued traffic advisory to all concerned as discussed during the RTA meeting held on March 22, 2023. In a press release, superintendent of police Kohima ordered removal of all off-road vehicles, roadside dumped construction materials and “private no parking signages” in front of shops/business establishments, which were causing obstruction to free movement of vehicles, on or before March 27, 2023. The Kohima police have cautioned that failure to comply with the directive would result in removal and confiscation of the materials. Further, police stated that all off-road vehicles would also be towed away and the towing charges would be borne by the owners. Kohima police have sought co-operation and support from all citizens.
