Khiamniungan Union Mokokchung (KUM) organized its first mass public meeting at Khiamniungan Baptist Church Mokokchung compound on Saturday.
More than 320 members attended the meeting.
Deputy Superintendent of Jail, L. Bumeng Lam, gave a brief exhortation at the meeting, where he talked about the reformation of lifestyle.
Advisor KUM, K. Sangsa and KUM vice president, S. Pahin Meyah, also delivered short speeches. Khiamniungan Menyiu Hoikam (Khiamniungan Women’s Organization) Mokokchung Unit, vice president, Kheloi also spoke at the meeting.
