Land Resources Department (LRD) organized a felicitation programme for advisor, G. Ikuto Zhimomi on March 31 at the directorate of Land Resources.
The programme was chaired by additional director and HoD, Albert Ngullie and welcome address was delivered by Vikeyie Kenya, commissioner & secretary, Land Resources Department.
In his speech, Ikuto highlighted on the important role of department which was critical and relevant for rain-fed region in bringing about economic transformation in rural areas through promotion of various commercial and agricultural crops. He encouraged the department officials and field officers to keep up the commendable works and continue to make impact on the lives of the rural populace of the state.
The programme concluded with vote of thanks by joint director, Hekato N.
