Nagaland State Rural Livelihood Mission (NSRLM) Meluri block Women Self Help Group (SHG) in collaboration with district administration, department of agriculture, forest department, JICA and rural development inaugurated a “marketing shed” for a weekly bazaar on October 7 at Meluri Town.
According to a DIPR report, Extra Assistant Commissioner (EAC) Meluri Yithachu Thur said a healthy competition between individuals and groups of individuals was essential for the the sustenance of a good market.
Short speeches were delivered by SDAO Meluri, Phrumasie Nyuthe, area coordinator NSRLM, Vivi Nyuthe and field co-ordinator NFMP, Jitsiarho po. The Meluri women’s weekly bazaar was inaugurated by assistant conservator of forest, Dzuthovito Loho.
