Naga Chef Season 10 commenced at the State Institute of Hotel Management, Dimapur on November 16. Naga Chef is the premier culinary competition of Nagaland with an aim to promote Naga indigenous cuisine and provide an entrepreneurial platform to upcoming Naga chefs.
The annual event is organized by Synergy Group Enterprise supported by the Department of Tourism, Government of Nagaland.
Altogether, 14 participants, who have been selected after the screening round will now be tested on both their culinary as well as entrepreneurial skills over the course of the competition.
The judges of the first round were founder Naga Bowl Express, Alemjungla Jamir, Principal SIHM Indranil Roychowdhary, and Padma Shri awardee and State Convener, INTACH Nagaland Chapter, Sentila T Yanger. The winner of the Naga Chef Season 10 will be awarded with a cash prize.
